The long vacated Service Station was completed renovated into the anchor dining facility in Larkin Square. New operable garage doors were installed and new window openings were added to provide a grand view into the square. This project included a new commercial kitchen, toilet rooms and basement renovation to accommodate the manage office, dry storage, walk in cooler and freezer and building mechanical systems.

We were retained to develop the overall interior design scheme, space plans, furniture and finish selection, interior details and millwork designs. Specialty items such as corrugated metal ceiling canopies, wood plank accent plinths, and unique service stations were designed and implemented under our direct supervision and give the space its unique character.
