The project included five vacant buildings, including a stand-alone three story mansion located along the 800 block of Main Street in Buffalo, NY. The project was developed by First Amherst Development Group to create a new urban residential/retail area connecting downtown Buffalo, the historic Allentown District and the Buffalo Medical Campus. The project includes 29 market rate apartments and approximately 4,600 sq. ft. of street level retail space. The new second story addition to the rear of the northern most building maximizes the number of apartments on the site.

We worked with the project architect to finalize all apartment layouts including each individual kitchen and bathroom layout due to the uniqueness of the various buildings. We developed the interior building details incorporating new brick archways, the reflected ceiling plans and fixture selections and new interior finishes. Our client utilized our floor plans for marketing purposes on the leasing web site.
