One of the original Larkin Company's manufacturing buildings, the Larkin at Exchange building was restored by the Larkin Development Group providing approximately 600,000 square feet of office space. The building contains a total of ten floors and includes the Chautauqua Cafe, Sweet Home Childcare, Larkin Convenience Store, Larkin Print and Copy Store, Fitness and Conference Center.

Inside Designs is retained by Larkin Development Group as the interior designer on the project. We worked with the various architects from the project inception to full occupancy. Tenant standards were developed for construction details, interior doors and hardware, ceilings and light fixtures, and finishes. We continue to provide design services for this project and their other Larkin District and downtown properties including the U Building, Root Building, City Centre, Genesee Gateway and 598, 610 & 620 Main Street.
