Renovation of former Plymouth United Church of Christ into 11 apartments. The apartments occupy the former Narthex, Nave, Sanctuary, Sacristy, Choir and Administrative Offices. Apartments also occupy the lower level meeting and kitchen areas. Lofts were added to the apartments that occupy the Nave. New entrances were added to the North elevation for direct entry into each apartment. The existing South entries were retained to provide common entries for the apartments that occupy the Narthex and Administrative Offices.

Final apartment layouts were refined to retain existing lighting where possible, detailed wood work and overall interior details. All interior finishes were selected and specified including installation details. Cabinetry and plumbing fixtures were selected for all kitchens and bathrooms. Exterior accent paint colors were also selected.
